You've ordered, received a tracking number and look forward to your delivery any day now. But the tracking info doesn't seem to be updating or changing?
When this happens, unfortunately we do not have any further information for you beyond what is provided in the tracking info. You will need to reach out to Canada Post directly to see what is causing the delay. If they are not able to assist you directly they will open a service ticket for your package and update you within 1-3 business days.
